LEGAL BASES

1. Promoter: the promotion (the “Promotion”) is organised by Smile2impress Clinics, Ltd. Tax ID Number: 13682612. One Fleet Place - EC4M 7WS London, United Kingdom (“IMPRESS” or the “Promoter”)

2. Promotional period: the promotion shall be valid from May 4, 2026 (“Start date”) to May 31, 2026 (“Closing date”), both dates inclusive. You need to start your treatment during this period to get the promotion.

3. Promoted service: the promotion shall be applicable to all orthodontic treatments provided at IMPRESS or IMPRESS partner clinics that are contracted during the promotional period. The treatments subject to the promotion are: Impress, Impress Plus, Impress Advanced, Digital Braces, Teens, Teens Plus and Teens Digital Braces. The Impress Superlight treatment and any other treatment applied to a single dental arch are subject to special conditions, which will be detailed in Section 5.

4. Participants: all IMPRESS new patients over eighteen (18) years of age who are residents of the UK and contract a promoted service shall be directly eligible to participate in the Promotion.

5. Prizes: on the one hand, each participant acquiring a Promoted service, except a Superlight treatment, shall be granted with a price reduction of five hundred pounds (-£500) over the price of the treatment as well as free professional teeth whitening worth three hundred fifty pounds (£350) and free profesional teeth cleaning worth fifty pounds (£50) if participant purchases treatment with retainers. The maximum discount participant can receive for purchasing treatment without retainers is £300. 

Patients who purchase an Impress Superlight treatment or any other treatment included in the promotion, but only for a single dental arch, can only benefit from a reduction of one hundred pounds (-£100) on the price of the treatment, regardless of whether they start their treatment at one of Impress’ own clinics or a partner clinic.

Prizes are not exchangeable for cash or any other prize, nor transferable to third parties.

6. Exclusions: The promotion shall not be used in conjunction with any other promotional campaigns. IMPRESS reserves the right to terminate and/or suspend the Promotion at any moment given appropriate notice to potential new participants, and/or exclude the application of the Promotion to any participant who makes fraudulent or abusive use.

7. Applicable law: The promotion shall be governed by the laws of the UK.
