"Best Invisalign Price Guaranteed"

1. Organizer: the “Best Invisalign Price Guaranteed” policy (the “Guarantee”) is organized by CVSTOM CO, NIF: 81-1540779. 999 SUTTER ST, STE 102, SAN FRANCISCO, CA 94109 (“IMPRESS” or the “Promoter”).
   
2. Purpose: This document regulates the conditions of application of the commercial policy called “Best Invisalign Price Guaranteed”, under which IMPRESS guarantees to offer the lowest price for an equivalent Invisalign aligner orthodontic treatment, subject to full compliance with the conditions described below.
   
3. Participants: New IMPRESS patients who are of legal age (+18 years old), residents in the US, and who wish to contract an Invisalign aligner orthodontic treatment offered by Smile2impress, LTD. or by any of its associated clinics within United States territory may benefit from this Guarantee.
   
4. Valid Period: the Guarantee is active from March 1, 2026 (“Start Date”) until December 31, 2026 (“End Date”), both inclusive. You must start your treatment during this period to benefit from the Guarantee.
   
5. Scope of Application: This Guarantee applies exclusively to Invisalign aligner orthodontic treatments that are objectively comparable in accordance with the criteria established in these Terms and Conditions.
   
   

   The price comparison is strictly limited to the aligner orthodontic treatment within the corresponding category and will include only those elements that form an integral part of the orthodontic treatment. For comparison purposes, the aligner treatment within the applicable category, orthodontic planning and monitoring, elastics and orthodontic auxiliaries, placement of attachments and performance of stripping or IPR when required according to the clinical plan, as well as refinements included within the contracted treatment category, shall be considered included. Dental hygiene may also be included exclusively when it is necessary to start the treatment, for example to allow the correct placement of the attachments.
   

   Any other service that does not form a direct part of the aligner orthodontic treatment as defined herein is expressly excluded.
   

   The application of the Guarantee shall be subject to the patient presenting a valid quote that fully complies with the requirements established in these Terms and Conditions. In any case, the request for application of the “Lowest Invisalign Price Guaranteed” must be made prior to the formalization of the contract and before the effective start of treatment with IMPRESS.
   

   Patients who have already started treatment with IMPRESS, as well as those whose quotes or circumstances do not strictly meet the eligibility criteria defined in this document, may not benefit from this Guarantee.

6. Definition of Comparable Treatment: The comparison between the treatment offered in another clinic’s quote and the corresponding Impress treatment shall be carried out based on the treatment category according to the estimated number of prescribed aligners.

Eligibility Requirements: In order for a quote to be considered valid and eligible under the Guarantee, all of the following conditions must be met: the quote must correspond to an Invisalign treatment, it must belong to the same aligner category, it must be issued in the name of the same patient, it must have been issued by a duly authorized dental provider, it must be dated within a maximum period of one month from its submission to IMPRESS, and it must clearly specify the objective of the treatment and the services included.

Exclusions: All treatments that do not form a direct part of the aligner orthodontic treatment are expressly excluded from the scope of application of this Guarantee. In particular, pre-orthodontic treatments, including, among others, fillings, periodontal treatments or extractions; as well as post-orthodontic or restorative treatments, such as implants, crowns, veneers or other restorative dentistry procedures, shall not be subject to comparison or price matching.
Furthermore, the Guarantee shall not apply to aligner systems other than Invisalign nor to quotes that do not contain sufficient, clear and detailed information that allows for an objective and verifiable comparison in accordance with the criteria established in these Terms and Conditions.
As a general principle, price matching shall apply exclusively to the aligner orthodontic treatment within the corresponding category, and may include dental hygiene only when it is strictly necessary to start the treatment.

Reservation of rights: IMPRESS reserves the right to interpret and determine the eligibility of each case in accordance with these terms and conditions. Likewise, IMPRESS may modify or withdraw this policy at any time, without affecting previously approved requests.

Governing law: this Guarantee shall be governed by the laws in force in the UK.
